That special time of year has finally arrived! Our Trees of Life are officially up at the Poughkeepsie Galleria and Adams Fairacre Farms in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, and Wappingers Falls.
Remember and honor your loved ones this holiday season by adding someone special to a tree at the location of your choice, visiting us online, or picking up information at one of the trees themselves.
A house shaped ornament was chosen this year in honor of the opening of the first Hospice House to serve our patients in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. Thank you for your continued support as we embark on our 34th year of this program!
