Hudson Valley Hospice has achieved Level 4, the highest level of achievement, in the We Honor Veterans Program, a partnership between the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization(NHPCO) and the Veterans Administration. The program demonstrates Hudson Valley Hospice’s continuing commitment and dedication to ensuring Veterans have access to quality end-of-life care.
