Join us on September 14, 28, and October 5 from 5:30-7:00PM at the Environmental Cooperative at the Vassar Barns in Poughkeepsie. Each session will begin with pizza and refreshments before participants take part in meaningful activities that encourage healing, creativity, and connection.

Designed for children ages 6-12, this interactive program uses music,, and guided discussion to help young people explore their emotions, build healthy coping skills, and honor the memory of loved ones they’ve lost. Caregivers will also receive practical guidance and resources to help them support their children throughout the grieving process.

This workshop is free and open to the entire community. You do not have to have received services from Hudson Valley Hospice to participate, however registration is required.
