Remote Grief Support Group beginning 4/29/20

Hudson Valley Hospice is providing socially distant grief support, through the use of technology.  A 6-session remote grief support group is beginning on April 29, to help participants move through the grieving process following the death of a loved one. Free and open to all community members. Virtual group setting via ZOOM Join on phone or computer. To join this group, please contact Elizabeth Thomas, LMSW, at (845)-338-5397 x2299
