CELEBRATING 36 YEARS!

Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation is proud to mark the 37th Anniversary of its beloved Trees of Life program in 2026!

Since its beginning, this holiday tradition has brought comfort, remembrance, and hope to families across the Hudson Valley, while raising vital funds to support the compassionate care, programs, and services provided by Hudson Valley Hospice.

Your donation helps us care for the men, women, and children of Dutchess and Ulster Counties facing life-limiting illnesses. Thank you for helping us make a real difference!

To guarantee delivery of porcelain ornaments before the holidays, please make your donation by Friday, December 12, 2025.

*Please be sure to indicate in the comments section below the tree location you would like your paper ornament to be displayed.

There are two different donation levels to choose from, including:

For any donation in this range, a paper ornament will be placed on a Tree of Life at the display location of your choice.

For any donation of $60 or more, a paper ornament will be placed on your chosen Tree of Life. You will also receive a handcrafted porcelain star ornament, inscribed with the year 2025.
