DONATE A MEMORIAL BRICK

The expansion of the Memorial Garden is almost complete and the Garden is once again open to visitors.  The bricks in the Garden’s varied stone paths, symbolic of life’s journey and the one those with terminal illnesses and their loved ones have traveled, offer a unique opportunity to honor or remember loved ones by having a brick inscribed with a personal message, names and or dates.  We invite you to take a walk through the original garden, a quiet, contemplative space with a Japanese ornamental influence into the new garden room containing a beautiful blue glazed fountain and plants chosen to attract butterflies.  Take a moment to sit on the benches throughout the Garden and enjoy the beautiful and peaceful spaces.

Each Spring and Fall, the Foundation invites the friends and family members of the loved one who is being remembered to join them in the Memorial Garden located at Hudson Valley Hospice’s offices at 374 Violet Avenue in Poughkeepsie for a dedication service and refreshments.

If you would like to have a brick added to the Garden in memory or honor of a loved one, while supporting the vital work of Hudson Valley Hospice, please complete the form below.   All donations are processed through Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation and a minimum donation of $200 is requested
